Inspired by the countless tales of extraordinary weddings, and hopeless romantic love stories, Pearl & Ivory was born with a fresh, and modern interpretation of bridal attire, hair adornments and stationery in South Africa.
Our roots stem from Scarlett, thus a passion for experience and creating one-of-a-kind moments runs deep. But our offering speaks beyond pretty party frocks and sultry evening wear - ours is a voice that celebrates a woman’s most anticipated milestone. And one that gives tradition a twist.
Nestled in the heart of Somerset West, Cape Town, we offer a diverse, yet refined selection of uniquely artisanal bridal gowns, bridesmaid frock's, and accessories - from heirloom-inspired hair adornments and jewelry, to custom-made bridal shoes and delicately crafted garters - designed to outfit an event in its entirety.
But we go beyond the dress; our love for sweet-smelling papers, and thoughtful design inspired us to spread our wings, unveiling a fully-fledged luxury stationery studio creating bespoke wedding invitations and stationery tailored to your needs.
Our hope, and the reason we drape, fold, bustle, and stitch, is to provide a haven for the original, creative bride to create an event that reflects her own unique perspective, brimming with unusually beautiful garments and objects that remain timeless in form and function, and are reminiscent of eras when special occasions called for a standard of dress.
